Each time I visit Paris, I like to do some "theme" dining (why not, it's fun). At Christmas I will try the new Jules Verne under Alain Ducasse. I thought perhaps I'd find out what other Alain Ducasse restaurant in Paris would complement his Jules Verne foray - if there is one. I usually like to choose a chef, visit their flagship restaurant, or one of, and then choose a lesser one for another meal. Perhaps Benoit for Ducasse?

Or "Aux Lyonnaise" both this and Benoit are (IMO) good and I always enjoyed my meals. Others say they are expensive for what they are, OK they are not cheap but they do have good standards. Both a very different so try them both.
