At Christmas I will try the new Jules Verne under Alain Ducasse. I thought perhaps I'd find out what other Alain Ducasse restaurant in Paris would complement his Jules Verne foray - if there is one. I usually like to choose a chef, visit their flagship restaurant, or one of, and then choose a lesser one for another meal. Perhaps Benoit for Ducasse?
