Barese sausage

Hi all,

I bought some Barese sausage at the St. Lawrence market, but not sure how to cook it and what to serve it with. Do you boil it quickly first and then pan fry? Or, can it go straight into the pan? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Barese sausages are best when grilled on a BBQ, but I have also roasted mine in the oven, adding a little olive oil, some sea salt, pepper and seasoning to the links beforehand. Roast for about 45 minutes at 375ª F. So tasty!
