Not sure but I have to say- I spoke to Peter from Fratello and this place is going to have a SERIOUS espresso bar set-up, with a La Marzocco GB5 (sort of like P&S's blue espresso machine) and very high end grinders too- so congrats to the (far) west side on all the cool foodie things happening at that end of town!
