Eastern Standard - Recs?

Just made a res at Eastern Standard for a business dinner (they're paying!) - any particular recommendations?

Went yesterday for lunch...had the crab and lobster salad. Very tasty but not the biggest salad on the plant...$15.

Went to ES for my birthday and was very pleased. The bone marrow was tasty as were the salt cod fritters. Also enjoyed the pisco sour.

I really like both their steak tartare app and the roasted bone marrow app. Those should satisfy a King Carnivore!

I don't know if this appeals to KingCarnivore, but the grilled cheese and fries are great. And I think a vore of any kind would love their strawberry shortcake.

the steak frites was very good. other than that i've only tried the burger which was nice and juicy but slightly lacking in flavor. absolutely you'll need to drink cocktails - i really like the pisco sour.
