Chicago Dogs and Pizza near Ritz

I am coming to Chicago for the 1st time next week. Staying at the Ritz Carlton. I would love to know where you all think is the best Chicago Dogs and Pizza in this area. Also, any good breakfast recommendations in the area. I have reservations for lunch at Table 52. Any reviews on it and how dressy is the dress code there for lunch. I am coming from Orange County, CA~so, I am so used to casual dress (unless going out to a special place). Any good lunch ideas near the Navy Pier? I am full of questions!!
Thanks for any input!

Everyone has their personal favorite pizza place. Mine is Lou Malnatti's. See the thread. Most places are a bit removed from downtown, but within walking distance if it is not pouring cats dogs and chickens and pigs like today. Hot dogs...don't know downtown...so many places just north of city in Lincoln Park, etc.
Navy Pier is a tourist thing and most of us Chicago folk stay away from there. Try for breakfast Ina's or Nookies for some local color and good food. Many other choices but both of these require a short taxi ride.
    Ina's

1235 W Randolph St Chicago, IL
    Nookies

1746 N Wells St Chicago, IL

I guess there is no Pizza or Hot Dogs around there. Leaving early tomorrow, so I guess I'll wing it. :-(...
