Sad news. This wonderful BYOB, in Barclay Farms shopping center to the right of Norma's and to the left of the big Asian supermarket, was superb. I was usually a little dismayed to notice that the place was half (or less) full, but forgot about negative thoughts during the enjoyment of the meal. And I always looked forward to going the annoyance of the wife, "Alisa Café" was my automatic response whenever she asked, "Do you want to go out to dinner?"

Hope he opens same operation in a better location - and soon!
