The Boiler House

Does anybody know anything about a restaurant in the Distillery District called the Boiler House? Somebody has just invited me to join him there for dinner on Saturday. What sort of place is it? Anything special to order? TIA.

Just had snacks last week. The calamari was a soggy mess.
Oysters were bordering unfresh, which is not okay for oysters.
And incredibly badly shucked.

Service was charming, patio was nice and they have Blanc de Chambly on tap which is nice.

The new tapas menu is fairly decent. Everything is well executed, the flavours decent, and the service quite professional. Add to that a fantastic room, with a good selection of live music, and you won't have a bad time. If it's just two of you, and you aren't giants, try the booths. I'm 6'3", and can fit in them.

I would echo that - love the space, could take or leave the food, and don't really enjoy the sore throat that comes from having to practically scream to be heard across the table.
