Old-School French in Theater District

My parents are coming to town for a matinee on Saturday and my mom requested old school French food for dinner. We'll be eating at some absurdly early hour (i.e.: 5:30).

Could you guys give me some feedback on the food/atmosphere of the following restaurants: Chez Josephine, Chez Napoleon, and Le Rivage? Of the three, I've been only to Chez Napoleon. Also, I'm open to other suggestions as well.

I'm trying to keep it relatively affordable. Thanks!
