Pane Vino on Beverly

Despite my objections, I'm going to Pane Vino on Friday. I've never found a winner on their menu, but am curious to hear thoughts on what's the best dish.

I always get the gemelli con salciccia pasta dish. Simple enough - gemelli, sausage, red onions, enough spice and flavor to make it a worthy standby and something I crave occasionally. Their pizzas are pretty good as well, worth getting one as an app for the table.

i tend to side with the fish specials. the grilled artichoke app is good as well.

I really like their Bistecca alla Fiorentina. You can order for one, or get the bone-in cut for two.

Another vote for the bistecca -- one of the best steaks in town, especially the big cut for two.
