You can use any chocolate chips in a fountain. We use Ghirardelli, but it's milchig. Any parve bittersweet will work. Use 1/4 cup vegetable oil for every 2 lbs of chips. melt it in a double boiler (or a glass bowl inserted in a saucepan partially filled with boiling water - but make sure you don't get ANY water in the chocolate - not a drop).
