Where does one go for Beef Wellington in the Phoenix area?
I've never been, myself, but what about The Landmark in Mesa? It's a bastian of "old school" American classics.
Seen traditional beef and a salmon rendition on Salt Cellar's menu in South Scottsdale. Fleming's also has their own take on the dish- without the pate. Seems to be a great dish that is disappearing from menus.....
