Thanks Brain...for the lead. I did not see this thread earlier and went ahead and purchased a Phipps cake from Summerhill. It looks fantastic and is exactly what I was looking for - it's a 2 layer cake called "Mom's Chocolate Cake". As far as the taste goes, won't know until I take it to work tomorrow. But I'll let you know. Cheers
