Hey, I like the burgers at Jackson House. It's a little hard to find, it's behind a tree on 37th and 82nd. http://www.yelp.com/biz/jackson-house...
they actually have strangely great veggie burgers - completely homemade, they chop it up in the back I believe - who would have ever thought it??

But they are still not like juicy, deliciousness of JG Melon or anything like that.

Jackson Hole is close by. I haven't been there yet, but it's been on my radar for a month. I hear they make a mean burger. There are other locations throughout the city.

The best burger I've had in JH's was at Jackson House. It was on the lunch specials posted in window so I ordered it. It was enormous with lots of flavor and had a charcoal taste. I'm wondering if the burger at the recently opened American Chicken at 78th & 37th is good. The burgers are charcoal cooked. I've had the chicken which is very good but not the burger. At $3.69 its worth trying.

I really don't expect much from there. seemed like the american they are talking about is the health concious, lunch break type not the fat loving middle american type.

Xtasis seems interesting. it's columbian hamburger and hot dogs. from what I hear, they put all sort of sacrilegious items on a burger. I doubt I will ever go unless prodded, but it's out there.
