bunch of people at a resturant. Actually resturant part is ok, but looking for some atmosphere. planning ahead for early november. Location with vibe and view would be cool.
you haven't indicated your price range but i just had a fabulous dinner at note bene. definitely has a cool vibe, no view per se but the decor is lovely. would be a great spot for a 40th. colbourne lane may also fit the bill.
