One interesting new line of products is Evelyn's Crackers, artisanally made organic crackers that combine many flavours and textures to create interesting canvasses for canape experiments, as well as stand alone nibblies. Flavours include crispy coconut dal, salty oats, cheddar crisps and a few others. The textures are good, and hold up to smearing, dipping and spreading.
