One of the good things coming out of the many markets in the city is the introduction to new products and early-stage purveyors. One interesting new line of products is Evelyn's Crackers, artisanally made organic crackers that combine many flavours and textures to create interesting canvasses for canape experiments, as well as stand alone nibblies. Flavours include crispy coconut dal, salty oats, cheddar crisps and a few others. The textures are good, and hold up to smearing, dipping and spreading. Her booths generally are next to the fine folk from Monforte dairies, which provides a great opportunity to test the crackers.

Definitely worth trying.
