Beggar's Chicken

Does anyone make Beggar's Chicken around here? I had it once in Hong Kong and it was to die for!

    It's a banquet dish from (iirc) Huaiyang cuisine. Might be something that a good Shanghainese chef can cook up. I would recommend making inquires at Shanghai Gate and New Shanghai, since the chefs there used to be hotel chefs.

      Not nearby, but ChenYangLi in Bedford, New Hampshire (off 293, across from Macy's) offers it.
