        <content>Heading to NYC in two weeks.  I heard - open from 5 PM until dough runs out.  Question, typically when does that happen on a Thurs night??

      <content>I've been there around 8:30ish and they've already run out of dough (we got the very last pie, after begging). I think that was on a Friday but I'm not entirely sure as it was a while back. We've learned to show up at 6 or 7. </content>
