BTW, Murray's brings it in on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Also, and this is for the OP, 2 weeks ago I had a terrific appetizer of fresh burrata and roasted figs at Lupa. It tends to get mushy/mealy very quickly, so it would be good to find out which day they receive thier orders. Unfortunately, like mozzarella, it really does not travel well.
