Petit Fours

Where can I buy petit fours? Frozen would be okay.

Consider calling the Cambridge School for Culinary Arts and asking for referrals to pastry students (cheaper) or alumni or faculty. Petit four sec, demisec, glace, and frais are all in the pastry curriculum, so there are lots of folks at least trained to do them.

I wound up ordering them from Formaggio in Huron Village, and they said that they have them shipped from California! No wonder they're so expensive. They were lovely - perfect for my neice's birthday tea party, but I'd prefer to find some made locally.

                  california! good grief!
you would think someone local would exploit this niche!

I'd like to find some artisanal local ones; I bought Formaggio Kitchen's (adorable turkey design for Thanksgiving) and then learned they're from Divine Delights in Petaluma CA.
