Tarbais Beans for Cassoulet

Anyone know where these beans can be had in and around the GTA?

If you strike out at Rubes you might want to call Harvest Wagon. They do have some harder-to-find dried beans like real du Puy lentils.

When I'm in a bean bind I usually go to the dried bean store (Rubes?) in the basement of the St. Lawrence Market. If you can't find the Tarbais, you could substitute the italian equivalent: Cannellini beans (sold at Bulk Barn or any italian grocer as white beans or sometimes Tuscan White beans)

I would tend to agree with Finnegan...if Rube doesn't have it, I doubt you'll find it anywhere.
