Mexican and SE Asian markets around Menlo Park

I just moved to Menlo Park and am curious - what are the best Mexican and Southeast Asian markets in the area? I'm guessing somewhere in Redwood City?

I need my dried chiles, fresh tortillas, and fish sauce...

Chavez market gets some good mentions. There's a location in Menlo Park (the only one of the six without a taqueria) and two in Redwood City.

I don't know of a really good SE Asian market around Menlo Park but Nak's has a small selection of SE Asian items--
