What restaurants have great versions of this dish?

I went to Giorgio's of Gramercy and if my memory is not mistaken, they had them in one appetizer.

I have enjoyed the stuffed squash blossoms at Bacaro (LES).

The Green Market in Union Square had beautiful ones today. We met Zarela, the chef at Zarela's, and she will have then on the menu tmw., Sunday, or Monday, she said. Yet, other spots should have them too. I guess you have to call around. Pls let us know what you find. I too would love to have them.
