Nutria, the hottest new dish! Yummy!

Any suggestions for a restaurant that serves Nutria in Dallas?

        I caught one once while fishing. It was like an attack beaver. I was about 11 and it scared the everlivin' out of me and my brother. It snapped the line and went away, thank Pete.

        I don't think you will find it here at all. I stop and have Nutria gumbo in Southern Louisiana when I go through. It's really to bad Nutria meat is not sold commercially it's low fat and just plain tasty. They are also really cute close up, so it falls into my cute food list bunny, sheep, veal. The cuter the tastier :-)

          I can't tell you the name of a specific restaurant that serves nutria, but I would look for a place that has squirrel, rat and beaver on the menu. You should find nutria where you find these other rodents.
