      <content>If you need a less expensive option, Kalinka on Holcomb Bridge has a decent selection of cheeses, and they have always let me try before buying. English can be somewhat of a challenge for them, but you don't need a lot of it for your purpose.</content>

      <content>Try Star Proviosions on Howell Mill Rd.  Related to crew at Bacchanalia.  They have the best selection of Farmstead cheeses - and they will let you taste! Cheers!</content>
