Thai Farm: Shabby Treatment in Rockville

I went into the Thai Farm restaurant at around 11:30 a.m. I asked to be seated at a booth and I WAS seated at a booth by the hostess. I was asked by a waitress if I wanted an appetizerand I said that I would like the Tom Yum with seafood. As the waitress brought the soup out, I was approached by the owner of the establishment and …he asked me to move to a single table, instead of the booth that I was ORIGINALLY SEATED at. I was the ONLY PERSON IN THE RESTUARANT. But he insisted that I move. I left the restaurant and will never return and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone because of the condescending way that I was treated. Period.

Do you mean Thai Farm in King Farm in Rockville? Or Thai Tanium in Kentlands in Gaithersburg?

Thai Farm is mediocre at best, both in food at service. It's a pity, too, because it's a really pretty dining room. If you want good Thai food in the Rockville/Gaithersburg area, go to Thai Jasmine Bistro on 355.
