Block Island lunch?

Heading over to the Block this weekend and need a reliable lunch Sat. pm. Any thoughts? Nothing fancy....maybe a nice salad and chowder or fish -n- chips.

The Oar in New Harbor, or The National in Old Harbor. Both have large pretty good menus w/nice outdoor seating.
