      <content>From where? I wouldn't travel across the earth (or even from the far reaches of brooklyn) for these places, but some nice neighborhood options are:

Viva - pretty good, cheap Mexican
Tini - Nice wine bar with good small plates selection

Also Petite Crevette (more Carroll Gardens West than Red Hook) is quite good for seafood and BYO.</content>
