tailgate recipes needed

i'm in a spot where grills aren't allowed. so everything we eat post-game will have to be on ice during the game in the car. any suggestions for easy recipes that can be made the night before and that won't kill anyone if left in a cooler in a car for 6 hours??

Something like a muffaletta would be good. Lots of meat.

You can always take hot soup in a thermos, if you're in a colder weather area.

CeeBee's bean and corn salad is a great idea, lots of beans salads would work, so would any non-mayo cole slaw ... here's one called Super Slaw from Epicurious, really delish...I like adding some chopped fresh jalapeno for heat, too:

I've made a black bean/tomato/roasted corn salad that was a big hit. I don't have amounts written down or anything, just a little (or a lot) of each of the three in equal-ish proportions mixed with some vinaigrette and herbs.
