Best Pizza in East Hampton, NY?

Sam's was always my fave. Any other good places?

We've actually been very disappointed with World's Pie pie the last few times, the crust tasted like it was made from biscuit dough. Not that I wouldn't go there anyway for other stuff. If you're going to talk Bridgehampton, The Pizza Place across from the mall is the place to go for us.

In Easthampton, I usually go to either Pepperoni's or Pizza N Things (may have new name, has new owner) up in Springs. There's another great pizzeria across the street from Sams too, but I can't remember the name, it's around a corner into the town parking lot by A&P. Just a little place but perfect pizza.

thanks for the tips. i am based out of quogue so rarely head east for pizza. if my area please try Boccacinni in King Kullen Plaza, Hampton Bays or the old Point restaurant in Hampton Bays. Both have really good pizza. Cheers.

I actually live in the Riverhead area, and there are lots of good pizzerias nearby if anyone needs to know (Sergios in the Walmart Shopping Center has new owner and really good pie). In case you come here to shop!

oh i am at the outlets quite a bit. been to sergio's but i think b/f new owner. will try on your rec. we usually go to Roadhouse as my mom's friend works there. pretty good.

We also like Julia's in town, Caruso's by TJ Maxx and Carlo's in Polishtown (although they put too much cheese on, ask them to go light). And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Now we're really off track from East Hampton.
Only went to Roadhouse once, the day we moved in, and something annoyed me but I think it was just me! The place is always mobbed.

I agree - Pizza Place across from Bridgehampton Commons, although their strombolis are even tastier than the pizza.

      2. La Capannina in Wainscott is my fav. pizza to take away. I also like World Pie in Bridgehampton when I want to sit down and have a nice salad, pizza & wine.

Is World Pie still owned by the Mannino's (formerly of O'Malley's)?

I'm pretty sure the son still owns World Pie

        2. Best Pizza? World Pie? Not from this world. Not only is it over-priced, but the grilled crust was a big disappointment. I have read on Chowhound how people travel so far just to have a slice. I just don't get it.
The other items on their menu are not bad though ..but don't bother with the pizza. Wait until you get home and open up a box of frozen pizza and pop it in the oven - same difference.
