"sizzler" steaks

My butcher occasionally gives me small items, I suppose as a loyalty gift of sorts. The other day he gave me 4 "sizzlers".

I need some suggestions of what to do with them, sandwiches I'd suppose? How should i cook them, etc?

  1. This is usually a sirloin. I would suggest using them in kebabs, or grounding them for hamburgers.
