Jonathan Eisman, owner of Pacific Time, just leased a space around the corner from his new place in the design district. It is going to be artisinal pizzas and a mozzarella bar...cant wait!

Pardon the ignorance...what the !@#$ is a mozzarella bar?

Good for him (and us)! I remember he had a diner on South Beach on Alton that was pretty good but I think may have suffered from location (was the same place Johnny V had a hoagie place which folded). The mozzarella bar shows we're still about 8 years behind L.A., but we're getting there.
