Vietnamese Hot Pot?

I am having dinner w/ a friend at Saigon Saigon and i wanted to try something different. I noticed on the menu they have Hot Pot. I was wondering -- has anyone had this and is it good? What kinds of things do they usually give you to put in the pot w/ the meat? Is there any rice or anything w/ it? I know there are places in the area that specialize in Hot Pot so if you can offer any info (from this restaurant or others) on this dish, please advise! thanks
