Group lunch (20-25), $50pp, women?

Trying to keep it to American-can have other influences-but would like seafood choices, though not exclusively. Prefer a private room so I can tailor the menu for the group. Lunch/brunch combo is fine.

Will be in December so looking for a cozy space.

The location doesn't matter, but want to stay away from big, informal restaurants. Had contacted Aqua Grill but looking for something a little more personal. Above all else quality.

Appreciate the help.

I think Paradou is cute and the food is really good.

Blue Ribbon Bakery. They have private rooms downstairs. Super cozy for winter.

The Harrison in Tribeca has a private room. Lunch shouldn't be too bad on the wallet.
