Dining near CNN Center

I am staying at the Omni and looking for dining options walking distance (or 5 minute taxi) to hotel. I will be very busy with a trade show. Looking for fdine dining options that are nice to take clients to, plus possibly something upscale, yet fun for a girls night out dinner.

Are there any restaurants in this part of town- or are we stuck eating at hotel?

Fun girls night out would be taking a cab to Agave, great food and fun atmosphere. There is also Parish.
Or you could head to Virginia Highlands, there are plenty of great choices there. Murphy's is a great brunch place.
Have a great time while you are here. There are many many options. Scan this board for other ideas.

Walkable: French American Bistro (W. Peachtree at Ivan Allen Blvd). Classic Bistro fare, fun atmosphere. Try Thrive, corner of Marietta and Spring, loungey atmosphere, surprisingly good food. Short Cab rides: Dogwood on Peachtree and Linden opened quietly, looks very nice. Ecco in Midtown (7th & Cypress) would be an excellent girls night out, great wines, cheeses, housemade meats. I'd skip Parish and instead go a block further down Highland for Sotto Sotto, some of the city's most inventive and delicious Italian.
