Opinions on "Great Onion" on Colorado (or was it Huntington dr.?)

The sign claims authentic mexican. Any thoughts out there? I was on my way to Domenico's for their great thin pizza and didn't have time to stop.

It's located on 2150 E. Huntington Dr. in Duarte. I have not been there, but my Indian contacts tell me that the Indian food there is mediocre. The Green Onion is a Mexican place. It's decent, but it's nothing spectacular. You can get better and cheaper food elsewhere.

Funny, I was looking at a neighborhood coupon book that arrived in the mail today and saw an ad for the Great Onion, on Huntington in Duarte. They specialize in Mexican AND "home style" (or maybe it was home made) Indian food and you can partake of their Mexcian/Indian lunch buffet with a coupon in the book. So you want to be our guinea pig?

I probably would if I lived in the area, but my trips out that way are kind of spotty.

There's a Great Onion on Huntington Drive in Duarte. The food is only so so as is The Green Onion further down on Huntington Drive.
