I went to the Al-Amir Bakery yesterday. forget the name but had the pizza with I think olive oil and oregano. not good but hungry and ate the whole thing anyway. I did enjoy the crust. i'm going to go again and get different pizza. what are the other kinds of vegetarian pizzas? I was uncomfortable with asking what everything was to the cashier so I did not have her go down the list.
Also other Little Gaza suggestions? I know Sahara Falafel and Kareem's. there was a recent thread on this but Little Gaza gets so little play on this forum.

518 S Brookhurst St
the cross street is Orange Ave, well at least approximates that

I always get better pizzas (they're called "manakeesh", by the way) from Al-Sanabel, just a little south of Al-Amir on the same side of the street. They have picture menus.

Also, I assume you've been to Zankou in Ball Road?
