30th Birthday Dinner for 2

I am turning 30 next month and I'm trying to determine on where my husband should take me for dinner in Boston. At this point I'm leaning towards a steakhouse, but could be convinced otherwise.

We've tried:
Flemings (loved it)
Davios (loved it)
Capital Grille (fine but don't need to rush back)
Abe and Louis (only went once and sat upstairs in the bar area and felt very rushed but remember the food being good)
Grill 23 (great food, but the atmosphere was more for a party than a romantic dinner for 2).

What is your favorite restaurant to have a great steak with a great wine list?

If you have any other restaurants you feel would be a good match please let me know. I am open to any suggestions at this point - though I'd like to stay in the general Back Bay area.

I am not a steakhouse person, but I love the steak frites at Central Kitchen, and they have a nice wine list, and the ambiance would be very nice for a celebration like that.

I'm sure I would enjoy Central Kitchen, but I would rather avoid Cambridge on this night.

If your heart is set on a luxury steakhouse, I'd recommend Mooo.... , which is very expensive but has the most romantic atmosphere of that bunch. Prezza is another option to consider: Italian with great steaks, nice wine list, full bar, dessert, valet, reservations.

As you've already been to and liked most of the good steakhouses in Boston, I'll throw KO Prime out into the mix.

Prezza is one of my favorite restaurants but was looking to try something new. I have yet to go to either Mooo or KO Prime. Thanks for reminding me of those.

Give the Oak Room @ the Fairmont Copley a consideration. Very nice dining area that has some secluded quiet tables. The service is very good and the steaks rank up there with your list.

I agree with Sal on the Oak Room recommendation. I went recently for a quiet special occasion dinner and it was perfect. Good food, good wine list, great room.
