Can't get to myCHOW

After I log on and click on "my CHOW" I get this message. "There's been a slight problem...

Sorry, something's not working with this page. The CHOW team has been notified and will check it out."
This has been happening for several weeks. Is everyone having this problem?

    That's a commonly reported problem, unfortunately. The Engineering team is aware and working on it.
