so i am experimenting with the jerk spices that i can buy at my local grocery store. i just bought grace jerk seasoning. is this a good place to start?

Try Wonderchuck. It's quite good too.

Walker's is good too, usually in a paste.

I like the grace mixed with mayo for dipping chicken into.
