The New O Dae San
It's the same owner, but O Dae San has turned from a Korean sushi place to an upscale Korean BBQ. It reopened with a new concept about a month ago. The kal bi and kal bi jim quality is amazing. The water kim chee and fish cake panchan is also outstanding. Everything else is OK, but I was impressed by both the quality and quantity of meat. Unlike most of my Korean in-laws, I liked it better than Chosan Galbi. They liked the quality of the meat at O Dae San as well, but they enjoy the marinade at Chosan better. The staff seems to be almost brand new, so they are working out the kinks in service. Has anyone else gone, and what is your opinion?
