fresh vanilla beans in the greensboro?

Does anyone know where I can buy fresh vanilla beans in Greensboro? I know its early, but I'd like to make vanilla sugar for holiday gifts.

I have found them at Earthfare before. I haven't been to the Greensboro location, but I suspect they would have them too.

I've had very very good luck buying vanilla beans online. Here are some sellers that I'd recommend and have had good luck with.

Making your own vanilla extract for gifts is easy, too. You can probably find a thread here to tell you how. Here's an egullet discussion about it.

Another on line source would be at Penzey's Spices...http://www.penzeys.com

If you have a Costco, try there (mine has very nice ones at a great price).
