Dining with kids in Tokyo
My wife and I love going to Tokyo but this time it's with a 9 1/2 month old boy. Where can we go that is family friendly yet still has a high culinary value. Preferably I would like to avoid chain restaurants. Additional info: We'll be staying in Ikebukuro
