Fresh Goose

It will soon be time to roast a goose. Where can I find a fresh goose in Austin?

Or even rendered goose fat for frying?

    That's one thing I like to buy at Central Market, believe it or not. They seem to always have duck, and usually goose (they can order it too), and prices/quality are outstanding. Also that place near Anderson's Coffee has good goose.

      I have been buying poultry, rabbit and feral hog from Sebastien. I just had a duck from him the other day that was excellent.
