        <content>i was riding my bike through downtown saint paul this morning and a guy was putting an OPEN sign up at the coney island tavern on st peter street, an event hitherto unknown in my lifetime (or at least the last ten or so years of mt lifetime).</content>

      <content>According to the last discussions here and in the Pioneer Press, they were planning to sell only snacks.  Too bad, don't you think?  Seems like lots of people would be pretty excited about getting to try their Coneys (some of us for the very first time!)</content>
