We think it was the best meal we've had in Saskatoon, after 8.5 years of eating here. Great presentation and execution with subtle and tasty interaction of flavours and textures. Ingredients were very fresh and their tastes came through well. Our server was learning the wine list - recommendation came on matching dryness levels rather than tastel - but friendly.
