The truth about Crazy Fish?!
Hey everyone, so I live right around the corner from Crazy Fish (in Beverly Hills). I'm a n00b when it comes to sushi. I've heard such mixed reviews about this place. What are your opinions? Part of me wants to eat here, but there's always a line out the door, and if I have to wait I'll be expecting something tasty.
It's ok for large portions and rolls. I would definitely not go there for actual sushi. It's way better than california roll factory, nearby on pico. I think calling that the McDonald's of sushi may even be too kind.
I'm usually disappointed when I go there, I have no idea why I've been there more than once. There was one time when I was pleased with the yellowtail and avocado salad, but that was the only time I remember having an overall positive experience.
Something tasty? More like something nasty.
Skip Crazy Fish. Just because there's a line doesn't mean it's a find......
