Where to buy beer in Park Slope

Hi all... I'm wondering where your favorite places in the Slope to buy beer are. I know about BierKraft and Beertable, but that's not what I'm looking for. Their prices are a bit out there, and I'm looking more for a place to get a good six pack of good beer for a good price. I drink mostly microbrews, and bonus points for carrying Stone IPA, probably my favorite beer ever.

I've tried the Key Foods on 5th and on 7th, both of which are decent, but the one on 5th is definitely better.

Are there any other places I should be trying?

Not sure where in the slope you're located. The pickings are slim in North slope bodegas, but the news stand next door to Bergen Bagels on Bergen and Flatbush has a pretty decent selection and high enough turnover to ensure that the selection is fresh.

Definitely Eagle Provisions on 5th Ave, corner of 18th Street. They have hundreds of foreign and domestic beers.

there are some polish places further up on 4th or 5th, around 23rd, 24th with plenty plenty of beers by the bottle, etc. trying to remember a specific place but there's a couple.

You should also check out Ace Supermarket at 7th Ave. and Berkeley Place.

I second Ace. It is kind of nasty for anything other than beverages but they have a great selection of beer, and I have seen Stone IPA there.

eagle provisions on 5th ave(628 5th ave to be exact). around 18th-ish...

Second Eagle. I routinely travel there from Downtown Brooklyn to pick up 6 packs of domestic swill (I'm from Pittsburgh; I gotta have my Iron City) for cheap and an amazing selection of beers from around the world. They have an emphasis on Belgian and Eastern European and beers, as well as US beers from smaller producers. And despite some of them being stored in the window, I've never had a skunked or poorly stored beer from here.
