Mastro's T.O.'s is open until 11 PM on Friday nights and I can't imagine they would rush you out. Should be getting quiet by 10.

Galletto in Westlake Village is open until 12:30. Although there's live music every night, and I haven't gone on a Friday night in a long time, I seem to remember the heated patio being quiet enough for a chat whenever I've been. Maybe call the place to find out for sure.

There are a couple of restaurants in the Four Seasons Hotel on Lindero Canyon in Westlake Village; one is Onyx (a sushi bar) while the other is called Hamptons.
I suspect either would be a good place to meet and catch up.

Is the Kate Mantilini on Owensmouth in Woodland Hills too far to go?

I like their food, and they are open til 1 am on Friday.
