late night eats big island

i know its late, but are there any good late night eats in kona? i'll be staying at the hilton waikoloa and was wondering if there's anything besides drinks after 930 pm.

Is the new SANSEI open late? On other islands they are. I saw it when we were
there recently in the new Queen's market shops across the King's shops.

Wow, I cannot think of any place to suggest. We usually close the restaurants there, and it seems we're always done by 10:00PM.
