Dinner for 5 near Hynes Conv Center

Lived in Somerville for years but don't have time to venture across the river. Any recommendations for something interesting and not too pricey (but nice) that takes reservations? Latin food would be particularly great - unfortunately Orinoco does not take reservations...

Bouche' on Newbury Street is a great French restaraunt in the area. It's only a 5 min walk from hynes.

Don Ricardo's in the South End. I don't know if they take reservations, but I've never seen it full (that's not a reflection on the food). Not pricey at all, but if by nice you mean swanky, it's not swanky. Peruvian and Brazilian. About a 15 min walk from Hynes.

Masa in the south end gets mixed reviews, southwestern leaning. Not Latin, but Petit Robert Bistro in Kenmore and the South End takes reservations, entrees <$20 for the most part. Coda on Columbus Ave. is fun and reasonable. Not a ton of Latin places that take reservations in the area.

Casa Romero is very close to Hynes. They accept reservations, and I really enjoyed a meal I had there.

              Thanks phonelady.

Any non-tapas suggestions? I am really not a fan of them, and find I never get my money's worth and never get full...
